Tag 4: Zusammenfassung des Gelernten…zusätzlich noch Buddhistische und Wissenschaftliche „takeaways“

Praktische Techniken und Methoden um den Geist zu stärken und Positivität in all unsere Beziehungen zu bringen, vor allem in die zu uns selbst, werden Dich mit nach Hause begleiten und in den Alltag.

Das Retreat beinhaltet ausserdem alle Mahlzeiten während der 4 Tage, geführte tägliche Meditationen, Einblicke in die Shaolin Kampfkunst mit Theorie und täglicher Qi Gong Praxis.
